Daniel Clifford is creative director at Kudos and is chef patron at Midsummer House, a two star Michelin Restaurant, in Cambridge. As such, Daniel has had the chance to develop new and unique menus for all kind of events and venues. His main focus when developing the menu is to produce an experience on the plate that is an explosion on the palate.
Kudos has teamed up with Daniel to offer 'Michelin’ event menus which have been specifically designed by Daniel for use at events. These Daniel Clifford inspired menus will be created by Frank Bordoni, Kudos food director and a team of chefs who have been trained by Daniel to produce the menus to his required high standard. With the Michelin menus there is also the option to ‘hire’ either Daniel or one of his Michelin chefs from Midsummer House specifically to cook at your event (subject to availability and charges).
The aim of these menus is to create a high profile option for top-end events to 'wow' your clients.
