Being a Grade I listed building, we limit the suppliers that can work at Gibson Hall and have an approved list of specialist caterers from which your choices can be made. These suppliers meet our criteria within health and safety, risk assessment and ability to provide a standard of service. Please refer to our partners page in order to obtain a proposal for you event.
We offer the venue on a dry hire basis, meaning that we will provide you with the venue, a number of round tables and chairs and a hall supervisor but the organiser and running of the event will be looked after by your chosen specialist caterer.
Venue hire with external caterers £9,000.00 exempt of VAT
This includes:
Exclusive venue hire of the Main Hall and Garden Room with access to the garden (0900 - 0000)
Up to 27 round tables and 300 banqueting chairs
Hall representative
Any additional hours will be charged at £1,200.00 per hour exempt of VAT
In addition a £1000.00 is payable by the caterer for use of the kitchen.
Please note that caterers should be chosen from our supplier list and will be responsible for providing linen, cutlery, crockery and service staff etc.
